The Land Trust, a program of Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland, develops affordable homes for sale and for rent. Homes for sale are fully rehabilitated, with a goal of creating durable energy efficient homes in quality, walkable neighborhoods for purchase by income-qualified and mortgage-ready buyers.

Our nonprofit construction managers ensure that no corners are cut in the renovation of your future home, and that mechanical, roofing, and foundation systems are in excellent condition, saving you money in costly repairs. To keep these gifts circulating, Land Trust homes use a “Pay it Forward” model, meaning if you decide to sell your home in the future, you must sell it to another moderate income household.
