NHSGC offers the ability of homeowners to take online homeonwership education classes ONLINE, at the convenience of time and location of the perspective homeowner. This course is very comprehensive and covers a wide range of topics needed to know to be an informed homeowner.
As an added bonus, any homeowner completing the online course and purchasing a home within 6 months, will have all fees associated with this online course rebated upon submission of a final HUD 1 settlement statement. As a further bonus, any homeowner purchasing a home after the first 6 months but before a year has concluded from the completion of the course, will have 50% of all fees associated with this online course rebated upon submission of a final HUD 1 settlement statement.
