Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland is on the frontlines every day, helping individuals and families in achieving, preserving and sustaining the American dream of homeownership. Your contribution makes a difference in their lives.

This past year Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland has been recognized by Vice President Joseph Biden in Washington, DC and meeting with President Barak Obama, highlighted in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Crain’s Cleveland Business, and The Plain Dealer, just to name a few of the outlets that we have been able to move our message.

A quick snapshot of success for 2010-11:

  • 2,566 clients educated by NHSGC in pre and post purchase homeownership
  • 1,963 foreclosure prevention clients
  • 166 clients completed the HUD certified homeownership curriculum
  • 130 clients became homeowners
  • $11.1 million of investment by new homeowners
  • $3.7 million rehab portfolio originated/underwritten/administered by NHSGC

Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland will be continue to build on our successes and provide support opportunities at our 36th Anniversary Luncheon:
